Jeff Koopersmith TOSHIBA THE WORST SERVICE FROM WHAT USED TO BE THE BEST MANUFATURER! i bought the most expensive QOSMIO – my third – 16 months ago WITH EVERY PLUS ITEM OVER 2800 DOLLARS AND MORE and is has been returned three tams for the same problem. Nothing was done about the true problem save for a reprogram was does not fix a lousy 256 solid state drive. THE SAME THING HAPPENED AGAIN BUT NO HELP UNLESS I WANTED TO PAY $400 BUCKS FOR YET ANOTHER NON-FIX – BUT YOUR “REPAIRS” ARE ONLY WARRANTED FOR 30 DAYS!!! SO YOU TOLD ME IT WAS TOO BAD. ARE YOU JOKING? – THAT IS THE LAST TIME! – I’VE HAD OVER 30 TOSHIBAS IN MY OFFICES – THEY ARE ALL GOING INTO THE TRASH – AND REPLACED BY BETTER AND LESS EXPENSE CUSTOM MADE LAPTOPS. I ALSO OWN A WEB MAGAZINE AND WE WILL FEATURE THE RUNAROUND AND THE LIES YOU HAVE TOLD ME, AS THE CEO OF MY SMALL COMPANY – DAILY! THEY KEPT ME ON THE PHONE 1 HOUR AND 17 MINUTES THEN TOLD TO PAY THEM SEVERAL HUNDRED FOR SOMETHING THEY NEVER FIXED. ALSO LOST TIME USING THE MACHINE OVER THE THREE PAST RETURNS – 11 WEEKS!
